Refunds and cancellation
These terms are between you and fyv.ai Ltd., which owns and operates ApexDatum.
One-off purchases are non-refundable
The 2026 Draft Kit and the 2026 In-Season Pass and the 2026-27 NHL Season Pass are single payments, not subscriptions. Access begins the moment the payment clears, and the purchase is non-refundable from that moment.
The reason is specific rather than commercial boilerplate. The value of a dated product is concentrated in the days it covers - a 2026 Draft Kit is worth most in the week before a draft and very little afterwards - so a refund window that reaches past those days turns a sale into a free rental. We would rather state that plainly than publish a generous-sounding window and administer it narrowly.
You are told this before you pay, on the payment screen itself, not only here.
Subscriptions: cancel any time, and it runs to the end of the period
You can cancel a subscription whenever you like, from Billing in your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for - it does not cut your access off on the day you click it, and it does not bill you again. Nothing is pro-rated, in either direction.
We do not refund part-periods. If you cancel in week three of a month, weeks three and four are still yours and the data is still there.
When we refund without being asked
Neither of these depends on you arguing for it, and neither is affected by the paragraphs above:
- A charge went through and the access it paid for did not arrive, or did not work. Email support@apexdatum.io and we fix the access; if we cannot, we refund the charge in full.
- We sold you a dated pass and then materially changed what the date covered.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page removes a right you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Where that law gives you a cancellation or refund right we have not offered here, that law wins and this page does not.
A refund only ever applies to money that changed hands
A new account gets full Active access free for 30 days, no card, before any purchase happens at all - so nothing above this line is even reachable until you actually choose a plan. Nothing is ever charged automatically: choose a plan before the 30 days are up and access continues without interruption; do nothing and access locks - not charged, not deleted - and purchasing any time afterward turns it back on. The free month shows every row of every package: all the players, all the games, including the Verification Ledger, which publishes the signals our own model got wrong.
Accounts that existed before the trial replaced it keep Scout permanently - free, no card, no trial clock - because that is exactly how it was sold. Nothing on this page shortens that.
